Diet, exercises, and health?

I am not a good eater i eat sugar all the time like a lot of junk and all kinds of unhealthy things what should i eat on a regular basis because i am craving always sugar and what should i do. Also what are some good excersises i can do in the morning to keep me in shape once and did 10 jumoing jacks and i was tired what are some good excersises and what can i do about my health as well. i am worried that i wont even last past 40 yrs. old and im 25 so what are some good health, excersising, and health tips for me and also for my children?

    For example monday night eat fruit instead of chocolate bar it will be hard at first because you try too much at first because you body has been conditioned to actually need the sugar but in couple of weeks youll be hard at first because you try too much at.
