I am starting to excersice and eat right, any ideas on how to keep motivated?

I am not a runner but a walker. I try new music and things to listen to while I walk. I also keep thinking about the results and how good I am feeling. I have so much more energy when I walk. Try forgetting for a day and you will go back. I hate feeling tired. Its enough motivation. Good luck and you might want to find a partner to kind of help each other out. Keep each other motivated.
