ok so I want to lose weight first of all so I am going to start eating better and exercising. The only thing is I love my curves the way they are, but obviously losing the weight is important to my health. As for my lower body, is it better to slim down and gain back my curves in muscle? or just to slim down and just lose some of the curves? like for example, I want to slim down my legs, but gain muscle in my butt so it appears bigger. also is it just a myth than working out your pecs will make your chest appear smaller? any tips? please help!!!
