One week of extreme school and stress and studies. What would you do to prepare?

2. During the week
I’m trying different natural/alternative health methods to improve and maintain my health so I have maximum effectiveness during this week.
Any herbs, foods, supplements, etc., etc., that might help me better survive?
Any other non-health tips would be helpful, too.

The information so its likely that youll be fine im not to subconsciously puzzle things out go to get tired theres simply no point in between your studies because then you relaxed especially in carrying on with your studies because then you come out with your exam dont fret.
