pregnancy and health?

i got thyroid since 1 yr.doctor told to take medicine till life long.after that i became little fat.i am trying for pregnancy now.my cycle is 30 days.
i got my period is on 30th mar.when can i start for pregnacy ? after sex how much time i should,doctor told to wait 1/2 to 1 hour.
how many days i should ? due to thyroid pregnancy will be late it seems .it is ture or not tell me. give the pregnancy tips and good health tips .for quick pregnancy what should i do? please give some suggestions.since 10 days i haven’t taken thyroid medicine.any problem will be there before trying for pregnancy.

Why are you taking thyroid medication? If you are taking something to stimulate your thyroid to produce hormones? If so that is possibly a life sustaining drug I would not stop taking it unless you talk to your dr.
I’m not trying to be mean, but I think you should re-read what you wrote it doesn’t make very much sense.
