How many mg’s of Sodium should we intake daily or per meal?

Because usually for lunch I’ll have a Weight Watcher ( Smart Ones) TV Dinner and today I read how much sodium it had and it had 900 mg and so I was like WOOW thats seems like it had alot of sodium.
