What are the right foods to eat with the 3 hour diet?

I looked this diet up and it said the secret lies in eating the right foods and eating them every 3 hours to keep your metabolism up…is anyone on this diet? I would like a list of all the foods you’re allowed to eat on this diet…the so-called “right foods”…thank you!

    Never heard of it. Is it supposed to help you lose weight or fat?
    but I think they want to charge you money for this.
    Have you tried eating; fruit for breakfast, salad and starch for lunch; and protein and vegetables for dinner for a while.
